The Tow Jam made its first game appearance in Stunt Track Driver, then later appeared in Turbo Racing, Hot Wheels: Crash!, and Extreme Racing as a playable vehicle. Also it made a cameo in Stunt Track Driver 2 along with all Stunt Track Driver cars.
