Talk: Altered State

Who is the designer of the Altered State? On Airland I've seen it under both Phil and Mike's name. On South Texas Diecast its listed as Mike Nuttall and on one of the past Convention sheets, it just lists it as Phil's. I'm hoping it Phil's or a co-design since I've got it listed in is banner.Maelstrom610 23:33, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
