The Surfin' School Bus also appears in the Hot Wheels: Velocity X game, unlockable by finding the Hidden Key on top of a skyscraper in Burnout Glacier. It is notorious for being the toughest vehicle in the game, capable of withstanding many big attacks before exploding. However, with its extreme toughness also comes a horrid top speed. It is based on a GMC Old Looks bus.

Strangely, the badge on the front of the Bus bears Certain resemblance to the logo of the New Flyer Bus Company, A Canadian Bus-maker based out of the Central Canadian City of Winnipeg.
