Second Wind
Description
Edit
Looks familiar, huh? Apparently Mattel was working on a prototype for the Mach 5 from Speed Racer . The plans fell through, so Mattel reworked the mold to create the Second Wind . Not much of a change here. In later years, Mattel did get to develop a Hot Wheels car that was made for Japan only. Only later to turn around and produce a whole line for the Speed Racer movie.
