Description

The Jeep CJ-7 has also been released with the casting name Roll Patrol Jeep CJ. It is not to be confused with the almost identical casting of a Jeep CJ-7 named Trailbuster, which also went under the names of Roll Patrol, Jeep Trail Buster and Roll Patrol Jeep.

The Roll Patrol Jeep CJ was originally released in 1982 with the casting name of Jeep CJ-7. It has also been issued under the name of just Roll Patrol. Another name Trailbuster was also used. Not to be confused with the Trailbusters carded series of cars.

In 1991 the model was re-tooled. Version 1 has not used the Trailbuster name and version 2 has not used the Jeep CJ-7 name
