Since 1994, the casting for a "Whip Creamer II" was in the works. It would've been released with other modernized version of classic cars like Twin Mill II (1993) and Splittin' Image II. The original prototype was a dual canopy car with a huge jet engine and wing in the center. For unknown reasons this casting never came out until 2003.
Whip Creamer II is a Hot Wheels casting that was designed by Alec Tam that debuted in the 2003 Hot Wheels line as a First Edition. Alec designed the Whip Creamer II as a tribute to his father, Paul Tam, who designed the original Whip Creamer casting for Hot Wheels back in 1970. It has a sliding roof, and a fan in the back that you can blow into, similar to Night Burner. But compared to that car, the fan is smaller and makes a lot less noise.
