Description[]
Power Rage is a heavily modified and tuned Teku drift car. It rates at 410 horsepower thanks to it's turbocharged, 2.8 liter Inline-4 engine.
The car was one of Eric Tscherne's last designs before he left Mattel. Power Rage was retooled in 2016; the spoiler is now part of the body and is no longer a separate piece.
The original Power Rage was driven by Vert Wheeler in AcceleRacers.

In Hot Wheels Media[]
In the AcceleRacers Series. After half of Vert's Deora II was destroyed in the Storm Realm, it was replaced by Power Rage. He took it into the Swamp Realm and barely made it out. It was later taken into the Lava Realm and Water Realm. In the Lava Realm, the tires were overheating, as the cars did not have treads for the tires, at the time. After Monkey took a tire from a Drones car, the tires for the cars were transformed to ATD. However, when Vert reached the Water Realm, he tried to go for the fastest time and didn't watch the oversteer. As a result, he had to use the newly-installed EDR and Power Rage was destroyed.
Power Rage appeared in the Hot Wheels.com puzzle flash game Track Mod.
Power Rage appears shortly in the Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5 episode Starting Line, where it was owned by Vert Wheeler and was driven in the salt flats where Vert eventually got into a tornado for fun. He got sucked up into the tornado sending him into another dimension and it eventually got upgraded into Saber by Sage.
Power Rage appears in Hot Wheels: Track Attack as a playable car. It contains three colours the player could choose from, all based off actual versions of the car.
Power Rage appears in Hot Wheels Unleashed as a playable car in the 'February Monthly DLC Update' in it's original 2005 Teku look.
