I bought this car as a 1973, but when it arrived I am fairly sure it is a 1971. I came to this conclusion because it has four capped wheels rather than capped rear wheels and hole-through fronts as a 1973 would. The body is also 'crumbling' which can be found on other 1971 models. I can't remember if it has the ice-cubes in the back, if it does, I would be certain it is a 1971. BUT, It has a 1973-1978 style roof, which is original (not a reproduction). This could be re-installed though. I will add this photo to the gallery of the 1971 page.
