Urban Agent

Description[]

Urban Agent is a Hot Wheels casting designed by Josh Henson that debuted in the 2008 New Models. It was originally listed on the 2008 Hot Wheels Poster as "Locked & Loaded," but the name didn't clear for international trademarking, so it was changed to "Urban Agent." The car features a front-mounted missile array that actually 'fires' via an internal spring mechanism, and having more missiles in the base/sides. In 2014, the car was retooled and no longer has firing/removable missiles.

Merchandise and Other Toys[]

At first glance the Urban Agent doesn't seem to be a car the Hot Wheels brand is interested in. However in other toylines outside of the mainline diecast it has seen special treatment in staring in other Hot Wheels toylines and merchandise.

CrazErasers. (2012)[]

As a part of the CrazErasers line of collectible 1:64 scale erasers. Urban Agent could come apart in four pieces and each of the individual parts could be use as a proper eraser as the whole vehicle was made out of 100% eraser. It's known to come in three documented colours. Blue, Orange and White.

8GB USB Flash Drive. (2011? 2012? 2013?)[]

Hot Wheels USB Flash Drive — This thing right here is one of the most mysterious things to come out in the 2010s.

Somewhere in the early 2010s a 1:64 version of Urban Agent that could hold to 8 gigabytes was released that was compatible with Mac and PC computers. Not much is known about this version as information of it is very limited.

Lights + Sounds. (2011)[]

A black 1:55 lights and sounds version of Urban Agent was released 2011. It's headlights could light up and could make engine noises. Not much is known about this toy due information being very limited.

Mega Bloks. (2013)[]

As apart of a secondary build from the Stunt Rig, this brick build version of the car features a spring loaded part that shoots a projectile of two missiles and it's canopy could open to put a driver inside.

Kinder Surprise. (2013)[]

A green and purple 1:87 scale version of Urban Agent was released in 2013 as apart of that years Kinder Surprise toys. It had stickers you could put on the car and lack the missile function the mainline 1:64 scale version had.

Hot Wheels RC. (2016-2018)[]

A red 1:24 remote controlled version of Urban Agent that could go up to 8 Km/h was released in 2016. It features special wheels that could make it drift. It was released again in 2018 in a new green color.
