Description

The Plymouth Belvedere GTX was a muscle car designed and manufactured by the now-defunct Plymouth division of the Chrysler Corporation (now Stellantis North America) based on the Belvedere. The car featured a 7.2L HEMI V8 known as the Super Commando 440 as standard; it was rated at 375 BHP. About 12,690 were produced. GTX production ended in 1971; by that time the GTX was based on the Plymouth Road Runner.

The casting was initially released in 1999 as part of the Pro Racing Series. This casting saw releases until 2005 and was subsequently retooled; it was then quietly rereleased into the Mopar Mania 5-Pack in 2010. See Gallery for retooling differences.
