'Tooned are cars that have been exaggerated in some form or another from the production model or original casting.
The first 'Tooned vehicles were released in 2003, with more coming in 2004; after a long hiatus, additional 'Tooned castings appeared in 2010 and 2017. Since 2017, a sub-segment of the mainline has been titled Tooned, featuring 'Tooned cars.
Initially, 'Tooned vehicles were given comical and unrealistic proportions compared to their "normal" counterparts, with a wing, a blown engine, massive turbochargers or other modifications for good measure. Since 2020, most 'Tooned vehicles are done in the "Noppo" style, based off old Japanese model kits.
