What is a Hot Wheels card? Edit

A card is the cardboard packaging. Most Hot Wheels vehicles are worth more on the card. On the right is a typical Hot Wheels card, this one is from the Workhorses line of 1987 and features the Road Roller.

The card also orten contains the ff. details

• Name of vehicle
• year introduced.
• what part it was released (e.g. Treasure Hunt and Track Stars)
• picture of the vehicle. On track stars, the orange Hot Wheels track is below the car while on the Race World series on the 2010 cars had a specific background corresponding to it's series (e.g. Beach and Volcano)
• a color on the top right of the card (e.g. green for Treasure Hunts.)
