  2. Surf Crate (originally released in the 2000 First Editions)
  3. '40's Woodie (originally released in the 1980 Hi-Rakers)
  4. Deora II (originally released in the 2000 First Editions)
  5. Backdraft (originally released in the 2002 First Editions).
